Fire Chief Keith Krestan reported that firefighters were able to contain the fire within 30 minutes of their arrival. However, due to the severity of the fire, several units were damaged, forcing residents to vacate their homes.

It's estimated that the fire affected about 12 units in total. The units on the third floor suffered the most severe fire, smoke, and water damage. The second floor units also experienced some water damage. Despite the significant damage, the quick response from the fire department ensured that all the residents were safely evacuated and no injuries were reported.
